Congrats to Tomlin on the win. Once the games become meaningless, he coaches like a real champ. Maybe we'll draft in the 20s. Cool.
He doesn't fear his coach. Undisciplined. But Tomlin is a hall of Famer coach.
Woulda, coulda, shoulda, but had the OL played like this all season this team would have a legitimate shot at the playoffs. Not so far fetched to think they would be 8-6 rather than 6-8.
That was crazy. Minutes after Diontae picked up what could have been a costly unsportsman penalty. Dionte otherwise played really well today. They are certainly their own worst enemy at times.
The Steelers now have become the Bengals. It is all about Me instead of We. Mike Tomlin is Marvin Lewis with a ring (early on). Art II is Mike Brown.
Everyone is a Nitter or Hoopie to Pierre. He is a bit of a paranoid.

The OL has been playing fairly decent in a few games now. I think the level of competition has a good bit to do with it but still nice to see.
Also, I think this starting 5 has been intact pretty much all year. That definitely helps.

That was a pretty good game overall by the Steelers but definitely a few big time boneheaded moves. The Marcus Allen penalty the worst, Diontee Johnson’s penalty not as bad but still bad.
And then the onsides kick at the end. Ball no where close to going 10 yards and was never going to come close to going 10 yards but Johnson tries to fall on it and of course misses it. Somewhat understandable considering heat of the moment natural reaction to fall on it but any awareness and there would have been no risk of losing the ball. Good thing Pickens was there to fall on it.

I wouldn't of been watching the nfl if it weren't for a Christmas party. Laughable how many teams are still in contention for the playoffs. All this BS comes down to the last few weeks for TV ratings etc. Drama
Anyone that goes 24-15 with 3 consecutive bowl appearances at Vanderbilt has my respect. I don't care if they ever win another game in their career.
Only time I get outraged is weeks like this week where they win and mess up their draft position.
And of course, having Muth on my fantasy team and him putting up a big zero for me in the 1st round of the playoffs. I don’t even think he had one ball thrown to him. I needed Kenny in there because he targets Muth more often.

Setting aside the Nit aspect, Allen has never ever made even one meaningful play, even on special teams, and can’t get on the field in regular play. In multiple seasons. How does he survive a moronic move like this? Even to tomorrow? Answer: He shouldn’t.
In the end this years 7-8 wins (estimated) won’t be all that much less than last years 9 wins.
I like Tomlin, but I’d definitely trade him for two #1 picks.

I believe the NBC/PFT guy mentioned this as well. Was he also the one that linked Colbert to Carolina in years past? Don’t think it’d happen but it at least makes sense with Tepper there.
