Did you guys just see this?

This whole thing is now getting weird. Yesterday Senator Van Hollen was told he couldn't meet with President Bukele in El Salvador or Kilmar Abrego Garcia at all.

Today there's now a picture of the Cecot inmate at a restaurant with the Senator having drinks and chatting lol. What the hell is going on?

Seriously this whole saga is becoming ridiculous. Makes no sense either. Gotta think certain Trump administration officials are not happy to see a photo of this accused gang member having dinner at a restaurant with a Senator.

Again the whole thing is weird as shit. I mean did they have lobster and steak too?

Ugh. Twitter isn't news. This is probably fake.

Listen. This is good news that he is still alive. Have the senator bring him home. If he's an MS13 gang member that is destroying his community and a threat to this country, give him his due process and deport him legally to the APPROPRIATE country....not the one trump is paying millions to.
And if he's got legal status to be staying here in the states and not the person conservative media is portraying him to be, let him stay.
I think the wannabe emperor king trump believes he should rule by decree but we are supposed to be a democracy governed by laws. Criminals have rights to due process. I will shed no tears if the courts rule he should be deported if granted those rights.

The only legal status he has is that the first Trump admin and Biden admin didnt find or care to look for another country to deport him to. He is in the country illegally. As soon as another country is found to take him, he should be deported. But the country has to agree to give him due process. What someone else said about Honduras or Nicaragua willing to take him and then immediately sentence him to life in prison without a criminal record and without due process. Come on, you cant do that.

He is a citizen of El Salvador. So why is it not the appropriate country?

The judge
Fair enough. Which leads back to my same question earlier, what judge in their right mind says he can't stay here but he can't be deported back to his home country? Why expect another country take him in?

The judge is just kicking the can down the road. The other two branches don't have the luxury of playing such games. They have a government to run.

The dude beat his wife twice. He was pulled over in 21' wearing ms13 shirt trafficking 7 other adults without a license. It took hours for fbi to arrive so the police let them go. Court records show that he is ms13. Oh and he's ILLEGAL. Hold that line liberals. Smh.... Sick

This might be true...it might not be. I have seen his wife interviewed and she makes a compelling argument that her claim of domestic abuse isn't accurate. That said I know plenty of women that stick with abusive men. My point has always been due process....one of the fundamental principles of democracies

Trump has superpowers. He literally makes seemingly normal people care more about illegal gang banging thugs than they care about women/victims of thugs.

Again false equivalence. And trumps own sycophants ignore his well documented comments and actions with women. But when you are a star, you absolutely can grab them....

not false at all. Dems could at least pretend to care about victims of migrant crime. These boards are very telling. So are the politicians in Washington. And the media. The NYT never put Laken Riley on the front page. And Dems in Congress? They never cared about the border.

Thoughts and prayers right?

Republicans care more about weapons than human beings, right?

If deportations to home country are no good we can put them in a 'migrant portal' and all the third world countries can bid on them, but if they get no bids they go to prison in El Salvador
