Matthews as QB from Clairton, anyone see him play?

I know WR is his calling at the next level but this kid really is putting up good passing numbers.. I literally thought and said he'd have under 10 passing attempts all year, so yeah, im an idiot. Anyone see him play, is he a legit QB at the high school level or is this just more because of weak competition? Clairton doesn't usually pass that much if I recall, not with their usual dominance running the ball.
