So he's going to take a crew of guys in to a completely new territory where they likely have little to no ties?

If he does that it will be official that the man has lost his mind.

I had thought that I read that Jamie will be looking for assistants with strong Texas recruiting ties. That would pretty much leave most of the current Pitt staff out, I would think.
