Capel did bring someone with him from Duke - Media guide shows Jake Fox was hired as Assistant Director of Operations in September. I don't remember hearing/reading that.
I did think it was interesting that he kept on Stallings's S&C coach. From what I saw of him (which wasnt anything but Live Wire videos and getting hyped on the bench), I liked him

I actually wasn't that impressed with what I saw. They posted a bunch of silly videos of military-style training rather than just putting the freshmen in basic strength training. I really couldn't care less if the players ran up and down every section of Heinz Field if they're getting pushed around all over the floor at the Pete.
Maybe Capel has him working in a better direction than Stallings did. They've put up some good social media posts of some of their strength sessions this off-season. We'll find out this month, I suppose.
Maybe you'd like the guys that worked at Maryland to take over . Just about every professional athlete hires and pays for personal trainers guess they're all wasting their money !As I always so, the S&C coach is the most overrated position in sports. I could look up an S&C curriculum on the internet, tell the players to do it and it would not equal 1 less win
