Yet another Pitt team living up to low expectations. The only good news is that I finally got smart and at least didn't have my bracket busted this year by Pitt.
Since there's really nothing else to say about the game that hasn't been said, thought I'd convey a semi-funny, semi-sad story. So I'm watching the game with 4 other Pitt fans at a local bar. 4 of us are old-timers (been watching since the 70's) and one guy is a newly minted Pitt grad. The game ends and the new grad turns and says "that was one of the most disappointing losses I've ever seen". The 4 of us just looked at each other and smiled....."talk to us in about 30 years".
