You cant drive there that cheap. I think it costs $14 now just to enter the Lincoln or Holland tunnels.

Leave the convention center at 11PM on Dec 27.

Arrive in midtown Manhattan at 6:55AM.

Get breakfast somewhere, kill a few hours, hop on the Subway over to the Bronx, watch the game, subway back to Manhattan, have dinner, go take a picture in front of the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center to put on Facebook, then board the Megabus at 11:10PM.

It returns to the Convention Center at 7:10AM on Dec. 29.

What a care-free easy way to see this game if you're not looking to spend a few days in NYC.

I Megabus'd it to NYC and DC (for ACC Tournament) and I gotta say, I wished I could do that all the time but if the wife and kids are going (like they are this time), Megabus doesn't make as much sense.

Yea which is why I'm not doing it but if you're young and are going to the game with one other person or you are meeting people there and riding solo, its a very cheap way to get to the game.

I've used Megabus twice before to go to NYC and we're using it again this time.

Leaving Pit at 11pm on the 26th... get to NYC at 7am on 27th.

Return trip on 29th leaves NYC at 11:30am and gets to Pit at about 7:15pm.
