-Nice going Miami. But you still have a fanclub, albeit small, on this message forum that thinks you are the second coming of Alabama.

-Miami stinks. That is all.

It's not about whether a team stinks or not. They're very average. All that matters however is if they have speed and a little size at the WR position. If they do, Pitt needs to score 35-40 to win at minimum.

Marshall is 2-5 and pushed us to the edge because they could throw it. They didn't just lose to Notre Dame or any team with a bunch of 5 star recruits, they just lost to Charlotte.

So just settle down. It's not about the opponent - and hasn't been all year. It's about Pitt and their one massive glaring weakness that's cost them three games this season and it could easily cost them three more.

I hope that 4 game losing streak has some bearing on the outcome of our game next week. But I doubt it. They will play their best game of the year. By the way it looks like it will be a nooner.

Miami lost to FSU, UNC, VT, and ND. Guess what. We lost to 2 of those teams and would lose to the other 2 for sure.

Miami has better players than Pitt. Sorry but they do. Yes, we can beat Miami but it would be a mild upset.

-Your Miami homerism is off the charts. Notre Dame improves to 3-5, congrats.

It's incorrect to say Miami has better players than Pitt across the board. They absoutely have some great athletes, but that doesn't always translate to great football players.

Pitt has great talent on the offensive side of the football. They are going to score points on Miami.

Pitt will sell out to stop Miami's run game. And they'll gamble on whether or not Stacy Coley can beat them. That's literally all this game will come down to barring Pitt coming out like they did vs. VT and handing them the winning margin in the first quarter.

None of this is complicated. As I said above, Pitt would be undefeated if they had a defense that was even average and it's a damn shame. Just like it's been every week since Penn State it comes down to whether or not our secondary can find a way.
