Miami defeated Pitt 8-4 today to sweep the 3 game series ..... Pitt now 25-23 overall and 10-16 in the ACC.

Miami defeated Pitt 8-4 today to sweep the 3 game series ..... Pitt now 25-23 overall and 10-16 in the ACC.

The first 2 games were real tough losses. Chances are getting real slim to even make the ACCT now, we virtually need a 3-game home sweep of red-hot Duke at the Cost to make it. Duke has won 7 of 8 and just took 2 of 3 from #5 FSU, but did lose today to break their 7 game winning streak.

Yea need to sweep Duke and get realistic help. Basically, if we sweep Duke, we are almost assured of an ACCT spot. If we win only 2, there is almost no chance.
