If someone were to tell you, after that first half, that Pitt would only give up 7 pts in the 2nd half, would you have believed them? Obviously giving up all those rushing yards and big plays was distressing. Also, some of Pitt's TD drives killed a ton of clock, as well as that last drive which resulted in the GW field goal, which was big. Killed over 7 mins of clock, brought it to just over 1 min left with no timeouts which made running those plays that were killing us risky. Needed to keep the ball out of their hands since Pitt was getting gashed for big plays.
