The win% for coaches to be eligible for the hall of fame has been lowered from 60% to 59.5%. Mike Leach win% at 59.6%.

As he should. Even if his win % doesn’t reflect it, he completely changed the way CFB offenses are ran. Not to mention he turned two dormant programs around and would’ve likely done the same at Miss State.

Agree. While Hal Mumme invented the "air raid" offense that took over college football, Leach improved it and took it to a new level. It proliferated because of Leach.

Regardless of Leach's record, or on field performance, IMO, he deserves to be in based solely on his pressers and interviews.

Isn’t his win % only below the requirement because he helped launch FAU’s football program? If so, that needs rectified as well.

Yep.
He spent his entire career taking over programs in the dumps.

Elevated all of them. But had some bad seasons as well due to the nature of the programs. Which killed his overall winning %.
