MLS's is going to get $250 million per year for 10 years which is only $8.6 million per team. Apple bought the TV rights and will have the rights to every single game as the local RSN games and ESPN+ games are going away. MLS is expected. In a move similar to how the ACC wanted to continue to play on Raycom, MLS is going to continue to show some games on ESPN and maybe Fox (which would also be available on Apple TV) but its not known how much, if anything, they'd make from that.

US Soccer, as reported a few months ago will receive approximately $3.3 million/year for 8 years for USMNT and USWNT home games. This is the first time MLS and US Soccer offered separate TV deals.

FWIW, NBC re-upped with the EPL for $450 million/year for 6 years meaning Nottingham Forest will make $22.5 million/year in the US (if they divide equally), $14 million more than any MLS team. What is crazy though is teams like NH and Brentford will be making more in the US than the Penguins, Red Wings, etc as the NHL's combined deal with ESPN and Turner pays $625 million/year.

They are going to continue to show games on ESPN and/or Fox because ESPN and Fox are willing to pay them money to show games. It isn't any different than NFL games being on multiple channels, or MLB games, or NHL games or PGA golf, or NASCAR racing, or, well, you get the idea. Or, well, maybe not you, but just about everyone else.

if they divide equally

They don't.
