Mobile Pass Tickets

Did anyone us purchase the mobile pass ticket option, where you basically get a different seat location for each game? Unfortunately, I have not received any tickets, nor any emails describing how I can access these out of my account. I tried calling the ticket office and they arent taking calls. You can leave your name and number and someone will get back to you. Hopefully, they can get me these tickets for Saturday's game. At first, they said that you'd have tickets a week before the first game. Then it was 48 hours. I saw something else that said day of. Wish I could get some clarity.
