Art Briles all of sudden dropped his Lawsuit against Baylor, his son is not on solid ground much either, bigger cover ups, and more Law Suits to come, "Baylor Bruins Babes" are starting to gather much like NFL Cheerleaders Class Action Lawsuit against 26 NFL Teams. Twitters, Emails, and other Documentation is coming out.
I recall how Pitt-Girl once posted how filthy Art Briles was running his Baylor Program. She was dead spot on right just like how she ID PSU excuses for not following Title IX-Clery Act too.
Art Briles & Joe Paterno were great coaches but they got too big not just to fail, but bigger then the University due to Football Worship beyond their own authority never to be questioned.....they left both Programs in Shaming the University Names.

Agree, Coach Bear Bryant died in 1983, and that was different era and time and societal norms were far more tolerable than today's hypocrisy judging an era once accepted 30-50 years ago.

Today, Penn State Once Great Larry Johnson and Ray Rice and Pitt Hired Coach Haywood all lost Careers over Domestic Violence and even WVU Buckskin Babes no longer remember except in WV Archives hard to find. Societal Times have changed and to judge yesterday on today is tad unfair but nonetheless brought up anyway.
Saban Success has nothing to do with that at all, and just plain out great football coaching and program that does not need that to win at all either.

I am not following you. The "Bama Belles", or some other name, are alive and very involved with the recruiting at Alabama. I literally talked with a few of them on Wednesday and witnessed them getting giddy over the commitment of one of the guys they "hosted" on campus.
The quote about the Bana Belles came from the linked Washington Post article, so the person who should be questioned about that is the writer.

I can't believe people are surprised by this? Baylor has had "Scum" written all over its program for a long time now. All anyone had to do was pay attention and they would have seen that they were headed down this road.

What happened at Baylor is really bad. Bas enough to warrant, I dont know, a loss of 5 scholarships and 1 year bowl ban.
Given how recent the basketball stufff there was, this latest football stuff should warrant an athletic department-wide death penalty.
If it didn't happen at PSU, don't expect it to happen here. A loss of a few scholarships and post-season ban for a year or two is more likely.

Yeah I don't know where you can even draw a line with Baylor. It was a university wide toxic waste spill. Literally the worst football and basketball programs in the country and then all of a sudden they're a major player in both. I hope to never see that school succeed at anything athletically ever again.
