will be the last home game for Tyler Boyd wearing a Pitt Panther uniform.
While I would absolutely love for Boyd (and James Conner) to return for his (their) senior year, I understand why that will probably not happen. But if it did, the Pitt football program would certainly open the season as the ACC Coastal Division favorite and be nationally ranked somewhere in the Pre-Season Top 15, with two Heisman Trophy Candidates on it.
Well, back to reality now...
Many thanks to you Tyler Boyd for making your commitment to attend the University of Pittsburgh and the three years of excitement that you gave to Pitt fans everywhere.
Hail to you and Hail to Pitt!!!

I think Boyd's probably gone, projected 2nd round. I think Conner returns. He was fringe 3rd round before the season started, and now has serious questions about the leg. I think Pitt can still have 2 Heisman candidates next year, with Conner and Jordan Whitehead. Ford is coming to Pitt in 2017. I think Pitt has a very good chance to get Lamont Wade and Damar Hamlin, and our future secondary is going to be one for the ages with those 4.

Beat Miami, win the bowl, and get Conner with Hamlin and a few others, this team should be an easy lock for a preseason Top 15 ranking and quite possibly the ACC favorites.
