Most likely 10th assistant can be hired this summer

NCAA Division I Council supported the proposal to add a 10th assistant. It will be voted on by the Council in mid-April with a simple majority needed, and the Board of Directors meets to formalize proposals two weeks after that.
USA Today reports the Board of Directors is expected to adopt the proposals.

We need a legit recruiter and hopefully not just a promotion. We should have the funds to add a real quality 10th coach, if we were truly ready to commit $1M to Canada, but ended up with Watson. Charlie Partridge has been mentioned and that would be solid.
