To me, you can forget Lunardi, bubble games, who wins today and who loses today.

The reason I think Pitt is in is if Pitt is out the ACC ends up with only 5 teams in the field. I know they say total Conference teams doesn't matter but I seriously doubt the brackets go up with only 5 ACC teams in.

As much as the committee denies it, politics, who's friends with whom, who's on the committee, affect who gets in, and to a lessor extent seeding. Does the ACC have good representation on this year's committee?

Duke's athletic Director is on the committee this year

The reason I think the ACC will get it's 6th team in is Pitts record of 21-11 and .500 in the league. The committee will have no trouble justifying putting Pitt in with that record playing in one of the best leagues in the country..
