We definitely don’t have a great OL. We haven’t had a decent OL since probably 2014. Maybe 2017. But this OL today had 2 starters out. Even if they played it’s nowhere near a great OL.

I think we might’ve been better off if you guys would’ve been handing the ball off to Walker more. We are great at stopping the run but obviously very bad at stopping the pass.

I agree. I don’t think Walker would have gone off for 150 yards or something. But he brings a lot else to the table that our other backs can’t. Even just as a decoy distraction as you have to account for him. I’ve seen it over and over against really good run defenses. It just changes the offense having him out there. Certainly helps Thorne. Pickett would have lit up our secondary. But I think it would be a back and forth kind of game.
I’m assuming you’re a MSU fan. If you’re pumping your chest this morning, that’s embarrassing. If ever there was a time to point out the obvious, it’s now. We played with our 3rd string QB and no OC and still were in a position to win that game. It’s actually disappointing we didn’t win. This isn’t even really a hypothetical now that I’ve seen us match up against you guys with out 3rd string QB. If our 2nd string QB plays we win for sure. If Pickett plays that game is a blowout whether your RB plays or not.
