Anyone else see this episode on ID Network tonight? It is about the Todd Hodne case and absolutely crushes both Penn St and Joe Paterno.

It just shows how strong the culture of secrecy is in Happy Valley that this was swept under the rug so long and not even really mentioned during the Sandusky case. Only recently with the ESPN piece on Hodne have many of the details come to light.

”We Are” is fitting for that fanbase. ANYONE who supports the program that Joe built, supports the way he built it.

ESPN ran an in depth story about this guy last year I think. He was definitely aided by lax attention from PSU and the State College DA. No idea how that guy ended up with bail outside of the fact that he was a problem that the football program just wanted to go away quietly.

Prior to the Internet, smart devices and social media, Joe had the ability and undisputed tyrannical power that he abused and allowed him to have that place locked down tighter than N Korea.

It’s in large part how JS got away with all that he did for decades. Joe was like the magician who got everybody distracted and looking at the Paterno Way, The Grand Experiment, Success With Honor and all the self-praise and other bull💩 he fabricated.

Meanwhile? The reality was MUCH different. 🤦‍♂️

Interesting Show. Watching it now.

People who push the “Holier Than Thou” or “Success With Honor” narrative like PSU are usually the biggest hypocrites of all.

As per usual, the dregs in the local media didn’t touch it.
