Things will never change with this guy. The presser should be interesting, however the astute Pittsburgh media will NOT ask the right questions about this team.

1. Special Teams= not prepared
2. FG: Kick the damn ball at the 2 yard-line. I don't care how many snaps we have blown.
3. Throwing the ball downfield= How many times did we throw more than 20+?
4. Discipline: Too many penalties
5. Coin Toss: Come on...
6. ACC Champs....long way to go but this game gives me no confidence we win more than 3 games in conference.

Number 2 is where the momentum turned drastically. I love Narduzzi
but taking a lead into the half would have been huge. At some point you
have to instill confidence in your holder/kicker. If they miss that one, then you
pull the plug. Just a terrible decision and after a timeout to boot, he didn’t change
his decision.......

Night games ,sell outs are choke city for us....oh well...always next year..

I really think pitt is just a 7-5 type program reguardless of the coach. So many
limitations to deal ...jmho

Just when Pitt decided to kill their program. This was a Pitt choice, I truly believe Nordy didn't mind being 7-5, he didn't care much. This administration seems to want to win again

My late Father was faculty at Pitt in those years and overheard Sherrill himself telling someone he was leaving for “a real program “ etc etc ... I know big money was thrown at him... but it’s never gotten back on track...cripes I was like 14 years old then

Watching pitt since college, 25 years, Ive come to understand the program and it’s limitations.

Being in a pro-city, sharing facility/stadium with the Steelers, lack of full institutional support,
limited big boosters, and ultimately the lack of cheating hurts this program.

Pitt would have to catch lightning in a bottle to really have a massive year or two... like Cincinnati
did with Kelly......2-3 years and then bolt.

I honestly used to believe like you that a good staff would win here....but, given the factors I listed
, it will be very hard......
