10 minutes long and at no time does Narduzzi blame himself or the other coaches for this loss. A sign of a poor leader.

Blames Yellen in the first 30 seconds of the video. Blames the defensive backs for the big plays. Blames QBs and WRs for the drops.

The guy at the top should always at least share in the blame no matter what the circumstance. Players and recruits will notice this.
