Pitt will give him at least four years...If his teams continue to give up tons of points the Heinz field crowds will shrink then Narduzzi and Barnes will have problems.

Pitt is setting no record ticket sales next year. With little marquee talent returning and a Steve Pederson dolt non-con - Oklahoma State couldn't even sellout NRG Stadium in Houston when they came here - there will be no reason for any extra fans to buy tickets. Remember, it was an empty Heinz Field two years ago that got Gallagher ready to dump Pederson.

I hope Narduzzi does well. I like his passion. But far too many fans who know football are extremely critical of his preparation (not all the time) and game day coaching.

Pitt won't spend big time bucks to win but the BOTS don't want t be embarrassed on the field. Small crowds in the current environment will be a problem. Winning seven games a year not so much.

The crowds will begin shrinking, beginning with the Duke game and into next year. I doubt for any game next year regardless of the opponent, we'll have more than 40,000 at any one game.

I'm fairly certain that(time) is Gallagher/Barnes' thinking (Barnes a little less). Narduzzi still on hc learning curve. But who knows and the wheels still could come totally off this year.
The ticket sales, crowds are a different matter. Time to lower forecasts. Theres a giant supply at rock bottom prices with not close to enough demand. There'd be massive layoffs if empty seats were employees.

So, you're ragging on SP who saved Pitt Football, made Pitt Basketball, got Pitt into the ACC vs Barnes who extends Narduzzi's contract to 2021 and hires his agent's buddy Stallings.
Impressive.
