Was this the first game Narduzzi lost here in which Pitt was favored?

If so, combined with 16 wins and key victories over PSU/@ Clemson, that's still pretty good.

But I understand the frustration as things won't get any easier in the ACC, defense obviously needs to improve, and had a "same old Pitt" moment yesterday, now making him 0-2 in bowls. The excuses aside (Canada leaving/the injuries), fair to question the preparation for this bowl game? Growing pains as a head coach?

ONe things for sure, in two bowl games, under PN, Pitt has played really really poorly. Whether its from lack of prepartion, lack of fire or just the fact they haven't handled the time off well they have not played well in PN two bowl games.

Everything else aside, the deciding factor in the game was that NW was much steady, made fewer mistakes and played a more clean game.

I am a huge Nards guy, but very disappointed with the way this team performed in its second bowl. I was able to accept that Navy simply was a better team, but that was not the case with NW and it was his second go round in a bowl game.

He keeps this up and we'll be calling him Nardstedt in no time.

Still trying to make sense of that f**kin blitz on 4th and 2 at the 11 when your stupid-assed blitz package struggled to get home all day.

I think they were favored against Miami last year.
