National Recruiting Coordinator?????

If I recall correctly, during the hiring process, there was talk of Pitt hiring a "big time" recruiting coordinator to drive the program. Does anyone know what ever happened to this concept? Is this still in the works? Did HCPN shoot this down or are they working on this? Any help we can get would be fantastic.
