Short of this team winning the ACC tourney and getting an automatic berth, they are NIT bound. Way too many bad losses coupled with a weak out of conference schedule keeps them out of the NCAA's.
As far as a coaching change(s), the assistants are all in jeopardy and should have heir resumes ready. Knight included. As far as Dixon goes, a sit down with Barnes will happen after their season is over. Barnes will be supportive in asking for input from Dixon as to what he feels is wrong with the program. However, Barnes will not be afraid to let Jamie know that his seat is warm at minimum. Jamie's buyout plus the cost of hiring a new head coach more than likely plays a factor in why he won't be let go after this season.
