ND getting booed at HOME

They have 5 games remaining, possibly 2 or 3 more defeats. If they finish 6 and 6 their faithful will be upset if they don't receive a bid to the Sugar Bowl.
-Notre Dame vs Miami next, the battle of 2 completely overrated teams living in the past. You would think one of them has to win when they both suck. Very possible Notre Dame finishes 3-9 this year with a 1-5 record against the ACC. Brian Kelly should be fired immediately. Notre Dame is a complete embarrassment to college football.
Best part about this meltdown is that the Subway alumni in Pittsburgh will crawl into their hole for the rest of the year.......It is debateable but they can be more annoying than PSU fans
Kelly is on a 12 million buyout. Not sure the domers want to pay that and find a had coach who will command big bucks. ND is not the apple of anyone's eyes right now. Kelly with his arrogance and limitations is still the best hire at ND in three decades.
Not even ND is that stupid to fire their most successful coach since Holtz after one bad year. Kelly is still very good, but not sure if he can get them to the elite level and knock off Alabama consistently.
He may be the best ND head coach after a long series of flops, however, if Kelly loses his team and they play unispired football because of it, ND will make a change. And don't think that NBC will not have input either if their ratings drop off significantly enough that they have to compensate advertisers with free air time.
For petes sake it's Norte Dame and yet they hire coaches like it's Pitt
Don't get it , but more so where's their appeal still coming from to get all those eyeballs?
knock of Alabama consistently? Heck, they just need to find a way to consistently win against teams in the top half of their respective conferences. They, like most programs , are light years behind Alabama.
THe thing is, ND views them self as an elite program. So if they aren't measuring up they might be dumb enough to dump a very good coach to try and attain that level with someone else/
no doubt they think their program is elite still, even though a quick glance at the W/L record for the past 20+ years says they are slightly above .500.
Well, this is easy. The only time I like watching ND play is when they are loosing. I've watched most of their games this year for that reason only. I know many others who feel and act the same. How about you?

As a huge cfb fan I prefer to have a good ND team most years ...
Will root for them if playing State College , tO$U , Fla State but against ifvplaying Pitt , Southern Cal, the U ...
Realizing they can screw Pitt and others out of good bowls but hey...just do better Pitt.
Interesting reply I just don't see where negative ND feelings are enough to have a major damn network in their pocket, all because they are ND!!!

Yes - you should play for a good coach that cares about his players. Pitt is it if that is your criteria.
You cannot be elite if you are around .500 over a 20 year period. More hype than substance.

I mean even saying they can beat Alabama consistently is like akin to saying Pitt should beat Alabama consistently. In fact it is worse than that since we are clearly the better team of the 2.

Narduzzi is already a subject among the fan base along with Schiano and <gulp> Chryst.
Fans are looking for more physical style of football.
