BTW, Franklin did not Dominate Pennsylvania in 2016 and for 2017 his two verbal commitments are a discussion on whether they will stay with Penn State on PennLive? This bodes well for Pitt in 2017 since many Recruits are from Western Pennsylvania. The September 10th game will be more important than ever.
