How is SMF right? Chambers didn't have notable success recruiting outside of three players. I guess there was a fourth quality player, Rasir Bolton, but he left because of Chambers' racism.

Anyone who wants Pat Chambers to be a part of our program is stupid, point blank.

In this case, what more is needed? SMF wants us to hire a guy who got fired at his last job for making stupid, racist comments.

Fortunately, the people in charge aren't nearly as "smart" as him.

Acquiring talent ( players and assistants) is a must to be a successful coach at any level , knowing what to do with them makes you a great coach .

Chambers recruited a terrific roster the last 4 years, the problem is he was the one that had to coach them as well. If a competent X’s and O’s guy was coaching that roster they could have been a Final 4 threat.
