Nino up to #3 with a nice added bump from Beard's upset of Max Dean

Overall a really nice update for the Panthers

Depending on your definition of Western Pa., you could have Justin McCoy (8th at 165) in there as well. Chestnut Ridge is kind of straddling that western/central Pa. line.
