New Pitt QB offer Jake Allen (2017 class) was the No. 1 performer at this past weekend's Rivals Quarterback Challenge Finals in Baltimore. Pitt offered him on Thursday.

Also, Sean Clifford, who Pitt offered earlier this spring, was ranked No. 3.
