Was talking to a guy at my usual tailgate I go to. Big Pitt fan drives in about 2 2/1 hrs for ll home games. Asked hi if he did anything with NIL. He said no. I told him he should even if it is just the 19.76 a month. He said he would, but he was like how do i do that does the school run it.
