Gene Collier wrote a solid piece today on the lack of justice -- no trials -- for Curley, Schultz and Spanier.

In the article, he points out something that is quite significant regarding the testimony of John Doe 150.
150 said that he told Paterno about Sandusky in 1976, to which Paterno said he had a football season to worry about, and walked away. 150 was vetted and paid a large sum by PSU.

Paterno defenders will say that he falsely made up that story to get paid by PSU. But that is not what happened; their timing is off. The info released this week is 150's testimony in the PSU/insurance company case. When 150 issued the newly released statement, his settlement with PSU was in the past -- he'd already been paid. He had nothing to gain by making that statement in the insurance company trial.

According the a story in Phily.com EVERY victim that was paid had proof of complaint the was filed or a doctor affidavit from BACK WHEN THE INCIDENTS OCCURRED. This is from PSU's attorney!
