Counter-observation. They were a lot better. They ran the ball with ease, threw the ball with ease, stuffed out run game but for Peterman taking off a couple of times, and physically pushed us all over the field. They were up 42-17 with 5 minutes left. That's an ass whipping. The good news is we never quit playing and finished the game, and made it look like more of a contest than it actually was. That's the Narduzzi factor, and it's why I think we can and should expect big things as long as he stays with us for several years. We will get better and compete with these kinds of teams as long as we can bring in the kinds of players he needs to do things the way he wants to do them. If you listened to his presser last week, he let a few things slip that you don't typically hear from these guys in public statements, and one of them was that we need to have more quickness and athleticism in the front 7. He knows what we need personnel wise.
