Thus far he has:
1 - He brought in a legit QB to Pitt. Chad is a great kid but, pales when compared with Nate.
2 - This is his first year with the program, his star running back has been out since week 1 and somehow the team is 6 - 2.
3 - HCPC was an offensive coach. He was able to recruit players of good character and, his system made them look better as a unit. We are seeing the same thing with HCPN on the defensive side of the ball.
4 - UNC was a talented team and, we lost. Do not vilify OCJC just yet. Let him bring in some talent to run his offense.
5 - Found MacVittie. This kid appears to have everything that you would want from a QB. I am very excited for him to sign an LOI. He very well may be our starting QB in 2017.
6 - He is really showcasing Boyd. To avoid double teams, he has lined Boyd up everywhere but the OL.
Sorry for the rant but, we are 6 - 2 with our two losses coming against teams that will be ranked in the TOP 25 in next weeks polls.
