Barring the unforeseen, we will be 4-0 headed into October. Not sure when that happened last.
Our ACC schedule begins in October and right now our 3 opponents that month are currently 8-0 (UNC, Cal, Syracuse). Will they all be undefeated when we play them? Unlikely. But they will be favored in most of their games. Cal won’t be favored vs Miami but at least they get them in Berkeley.
So the schedule sets up nicely for us to have some higher profile matchups on a national level. Will the UNC game be between two ranked teams? Any way Syracuse is 6-0 when we play them? I’m hoping Cal is 4-1 when we see them. No possible way they come here 5-0, right? Hopefully we perform in these games because the final stretch of the season won’t be easy.
