Offense vs Defense: UVa vs ISU

Should be a fun game for some of us who disagree on what is most important.

The problem with ISU is their D is so bad and UVa has the best player on the court.

UVA is better. The ACC is the best conference. Ville is one of the better teams and were not even in the tourney. We would have had 7 teams in the Sweet 16.

Except that these are two evenly matched offenses but the Hoos are by far the better defense.

Anything can happen but this isn't only strong offense against strong defense but as noted strong offense against weak defense. Pitt finished at DE 98.5.

Now ND/Whisky is clearly strong/weak and weak/strong going against each other. Will ND's O over power Whisky's D?

Ironic that the 155thh ranked defensive teams wins with defense in the last 20 secs. What an even match up. ND 10th offense and 155 D while whisky is 9th D and 99 O. About what you expect.
