Interesting article on ESPN. Primarily because the "pace of play" rules from last year seemed to have worked.....until NCAA refs tightened back up during postseason play and the game has lagged ever since. Officials are no longer enforcing the rules like they did last year and are back to calling it how they're most comfortable instead of by the letter of the law.
