- Last year, the committee put 4 Mountain West teams in the tourney. They went 0-4.
- Last year, the committee put 8 Big Ten teams in the tourney. Only *ONE* made it to the Sweet 16. None went to the Final 4.
- Last year, the committee only put 5 ACC teams in the tourney. *THREE* made it to the Elite 8 and *TWO* to the Final 4 and *ONE* to the title game.
To the extent that there is carryover in the membership of the committee from last year to this year.... I hope those little nuggets are fresh in their minds.
