It doesn't all have to be how much cash TCU gives Pitt. Games can be negotiated into the deal also, a hoops game would never happen with Jamie leading TCU into the Pete--but--in leiu of "some" cash, TCU could agree to play a game or two AT Heinz Field with no return games.

So the buyout could be X amount of cash plus a football game or two at Heinz Field? What do you think?
