Any person on here would have taken 8-4 if they knew mostly the same players, new coach, no Conner. Every team loses games, even looking ugly in the process doing it. Today was the only game all season we looked bad, and any other coach we had this last decade would have coached this team to 6-6 at best. Some of you guys are real goofballs.

Well said. Yes it was a disappointing game today, but the regular season has to be viewed as successful. Personally, I counted on 6-6 back in August. So 8-4,without Conner, is a solid foundation season to the Narduzzi era.
And I am sick of seeing people with totally bizarre expectations for a coach in his first year. What is one gonna do I guess? 8-4 exceeded almost everyone's expectations. So.......

this was the only game that reminded me of prior regimes. Peterman and Chaney struggled to get the offense moving and Miami played well on offense. Disappointing end but we had a nice regular season overall. Hopefully the bowl game works out better than today
But I would expect a better game at the end of the season. Makes me wonder how the Panthers will play in a bowl game.
You said we were better than last year. That is called progress. At least you seemed to find a friend in the process.
It is what it is. Every team loses like this sometimes, first game, fifth game, twelfth game. Can happen to any team, any sport. Not sure what else to tell you. I think this game will have no bearing on how we play in the Bowl game, as the two games are distinct events.

we looked pretty bad against ND and UNC too. Clearly outmatched. We play hard to the end in every game, thanks to our coach, which made those games look more competitive on paper than they were to the naked eye.. Same thing, but to a lesser extent today. Miami really got conservative in that second half and we sold out huge to stop the run. If they wanted to keep throwing the ball downfield and going after our QB this one have looked a lot different at the end .

You keep talking recruiting, these coaches are just getting started. The recruiting season will heat up soon. You act as if it is over, a lot of undecideds out there. Your coach Franklin is a great recruiter and a lousy developer (Hackenberg). I'll take the Dooz.
