Just got off the phone with a prominent SEC team.
Said they are trying to take Solomon and are putting together a nice package for him.
I had to ask, “do you guys legitimately need an outside backer that bad this late? You dont have any young ones??”
He said they didn’t have any with experience, but could use one more in case of emergency. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
That’s what we are dealing with. Prominent SEC teams sure-ing up their roster for the fall and can pay big $ to do so.
Also heard Syracuse was tampering with Solomon. So Eff Fran Brown. I hope solomon goes elsewhere.
Reminder: Solomon wasn’t an all-conference type player. Hasn’t made a major impact at Pitt. Tampering is rampant and unfortunately, for Pitt to compete…. They’re gonna have to start bullying the G5/FCS teams, because losing your top talent in late April every year isn’t sustainable. Narduzzi has a back bone and morals. It’s going to be a trying time.
