OT: Antonio Brown and his Toxic Masculinity

JuJu has done alright without AB in the lineup. In three games, one with Landry Jones as the starter, he has 20 receptions for 255 yards and three touchdowns. While he may not put up monster numbers without AB on the other side, he doesn't need to. Six players had 30 receptions or more and Roethlisberger really had no issues spreading around the ball. The Steelers also need to commitment more to the run next year, which in its own way should help open the passing game.
The talent gap between AB and JuJu is significant. JuJu is very good in a conventional way, like a lot of other NFL receivers. AB is one of a kind. he can make plays that those other guys can't even conceive of.

AB is special. He may be a jagoff, but he's got a one in a million gift.

I agree, AB is a diva, but he's a difference maker, and there aren't a ton of those. It's why the team should let it lie awhile, then quietly resolve this thing with him.

Again that's what they SHOULD do. They seem too butthurt that he dissed Tomlin (and maybe that indeed is a bridge too far, the Steelers have a lot of face they wish to save by propping up Tomlin).

But realistically, leaving the whole secondary social agenda crap out of it ... Tomlin is just one of a bunch of decent coaches chasing Belicheck (futilely), while Brown a one of a kind talent, and let's face it, the Steelers haven't won squat in a long while now, and don't really have the luxury of being too high nosed about this. This season was a disaster; they need to bounce back, and that means having the best team you can.

No one. It was always a myth. It was a myth during the Noll and Cowher eras. And the Tomlin era has made it impossible to believe so.
can you define what you think the Steeler way referred to.?

It was a myth that yinzers subscribed to that was similar to how Nitters felt about PSU. They thought the Steelers were the greatest team in the NFL, who did things the right way, were above everyone else, won with class and character, while the rest of the teams didn’t.

The Fan reported this morning that AB went on a jewelry spending spree which is fine for now.

But with his manic personality ,multiple families, and possible mental disorder I bet AB will be one of the 75% of NFL'ers

who end up broke or bankrupt ( for those who live in Pittsburgh those are two different things).

Many NFL'er's ( 75%) have gone from Riches to Rags after their careers are over and I think AB will be a member of that club.

So there was no point other than to make the situation look worse than it is. That' what I thought.
Your original question made absolutely no sense but I thought I’d be nice an try to respond to it. That’s what i get for trying. I’m now not going to continue a senseless discussion.
