My idea. Pitt needs to roll with 65 Players. Save the million you use on the last 20 kids and spread it across the 65 that you have.
In the era of Unlimited transfers why not. Players being in the program for 4 years is ending quickly. We know on every 85 man roster Pitt has at least 20 kids never gonna sniff the field.
Pitt Cannot compete the way CFB is moving need to try and do something else or continue to average 7 wins.
Sell it to the kids as more individualized attention/ instruction.
