Travel must be completed by Jan 31st, which is the squeeze right now and why I'm throwing it out there. My parents each have one and didn't know they were expiring. I'm already using my own next weekend, and would hate to see them go to waste.
For those that are unfamiliar with the companion pass, they are basically "buy one, get one free" on flights that have availability. If anyone wants to take a spontaneous mid-winter trip this might be a good fit for you. It'll require a conference call with Delta to book it. DM me if interested. H2P!
