Ot- glad to see rivers failing again

Yup. Tough game to watch. Both qb's are annoying.

Brees and Donald are 2 grear players and great people. I'd like to see either of those 2 win the SB.

Rivers twice had the one seed and couldn’t get it done. He has done well despite playing for a garbage owner and most of his career in the garbage sports city of San Diego.

All those people who say he is better than Ben............yeah right.

Eh. I’d like to see where both franchises would be if they switched teams several years ago.

Today Rivers looked bad, but he was under pressure the entire game. As we all know, even Brady struggles when pressured. And Rivers had guys in his face every time he dropped back.

But I still like Ben making something out of nothing . In his hey day .
I mean. Ya know .
When he wasn't raping people .

Rivers always looks bad when it comes to this time of year. Ben continues to get slammed for his Super Bowl against Seattle, but they won, and Ben was like what, 21, 22 years old? They forgot the run up of 3 road playoff wins to that Super Bowl And they forget the stellar drive he did to win the SB against the Cards.

Ben single handily won the afc championship in Denver to get to the super bowl.

He’s always been a high risk high reward player.

He single handily lost 2-3 games this season and also single handily won a couple

I'm confused. So people want a high risk, high reward COACH, but not the same from a QB?

Players dictate outcomes not coaches.

Particularly qbs.

Coaches have more impact on defensive strategy and adjustments.

Tomlin doesn’t make Ben great nor does he make him lousy when he’s bad.

The patriots are great because Brady is clutch and accurate- and belichek is the best defensive tactician there is

The funny part is some ppl think rivers is a Hall of Famer lol.. He's 5-6 in his postseason career.. Foles has 1 less playoff win than him in 12 months.. Rivers is as irrelevant as it gets.. He can talk all the garbage he wants all Ben and Eli have to do is twiddle there rings in front of him and hell shut up real quick

lol about what?...he is a sure fire no doubt about it hall of famer...like saying a 500 hr guy is not a hall of famer in baseball since his teams rarely made the playoffs in his career...btw, Dan Marino had a 44% winning percentage in the post season...

Rivers has really never had a commitment from the club to sustain a winner. Brees had the same problem before he left. The Chargers had a pretty good season. Only bad loss was to the Broncos early. Their other losses were to the Saints, the Chiefs (1-1), the Ram, the Ravens (regular season), and the Patriots. They beat the teams they should have beaten. If only the Steelers could have managed that this year but even if they did, under what scenario can anyone imagine the Steelers going into NE in January and winning?

If u wanna collect your regular season numbers and lay low when it matters most if that makes u a Hall of Famer then cool.. I've never once thought in any season that phillip rivers was a threat to do anything of significance.. I always knew he would crumble. Idk how u can put that in the Hall of Fame

your thoughts are irrelevant as far as the hall of fame is concerned....you said the prospects of his selection into the hall (The funny part is some ppl think rivers is a Hall of Famer lol. ) as being laughable...I just corrected you.
