Liriano is cruising along, 11 strikeouts, shutout, and has thrown about 70 pitches. Hurdle takes him out after 6 innings and now Jared Hughes gives up 2 runs and still no outs for the Padres. Maybe I just don't understand baseball, but that seemed dumb.
