OT: Ignore feature is my friend

I never understood the ignore feature, I'd get bored if I couldn't hear from the craziest looney tunes posters and only read the reasonable stuff.
There are still plenty of crazies I still read. There were like 3 or 4 though that just went over the top too often and got annoying. I will always follow SMF.
They need to create an ignore thread option, not just ignore poster.
I would like to ignore all of the PSU articles and now all of the new AD threads. I get it that the new AD is huge, but why can't people stick to like 2 or 3 different threads....we have hardly any spring football talk. Sad.

Well, in fairness it's hard to have any detailed spring football talk since no one knows what's going on in spring football.
The press is ushered out after a half hour photo op, and the only information we have is from the coaches after the practices are over. They talk about what they want to talk about and that's it. A few players are allowed access to interviewers, but not everyone.
So, other than idle speculation about what's going on or what should be going on, what kind of discussion do you expect?

When you're on a message board you should read it all. You don't have to agree with all of it but that's the point of being on a message board!
I wouldn't miss a post in a thread that I'm interested in!

I like any Pitt fan writing whatever they want. SMF talking football is great, I dont mind debating reasonably. I ignore the blatant PSU fans pretending to be Pitt fans. I used to go back and forth on those sad creatures, but since I put them on ignore my life has gotten brighter on this board.
People who have read your posts the last several days have told me the same thing. They have told me that if they wanted to know what anyone in the Pitt. admin. had to say about anything related to Pitt sports, they'd because not a one of you know zilch.
