I saw PR play in person once this year and several times on TV. White stood out and was a player who I noticed doing good things on both side of the ball. In my opinion, he clearly has D1 talent. This year, according to Duzzi, there was a real scramble for talent in the second signing period. I am aware of the bad blood between Palko and Kenny's father. There has to be more to the story than just having a difficult parent for more schools to not jump on him late. He has not signed anywhere as of yet and his offers are very sub-par for someone with his talent.
