The NCAA infractions committee ruined this coach's career and reputation. The courts had already ruled that the NCAA acted with malicious intent in penalizing USC and now their dirty laundry is out where we can all see it.

If you don't recall the context here, USC's penalties are tied to Reggie Bush's dealings with two sports marketers. There is no evidence that USC had any knowledge of Reggie Bush's dealings. The NCAA accused Todd McNair,a USC coach, of having knowledge as a way to hold USC accountable. These emails that were just released clearly show that their was no evidence Todd McNair knew about Reggie Bush's dealings and the NCAA infractions committee was hijacked by a few overly vocal non-voting members who held a clearly anti-USC bias.
