OK, so I'm coming from the eastern side of the state and don't have a parking pass. The Pitt email says to stay on the turnpike and get off on Rt. 28 and take that into the North Shore. Where can I park on the North Shore without a parking pass, or do I need to cross over and park downtown? TIA!
